1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Redline Design Company website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Redline Design Company provides custom apparel printing, vinyl wrapping, embroidery, and related design services. All quotes and pricing are estimates and subject to change based on final specifications and design complexity.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Final pricing is confirmed after design review and approval. A deposit may be required to begin production. Payment terms are net upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. ARTWORK & DESIGN

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We can assist with design work for an additional fee. Design files must be approved before production begins.

5. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Production timelines are provided upon quote acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled after production has begun. Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery. See our Warranty page for details on defects and replacements.

7. LIABILITY

Redline Design Company is not responsible for color variations, misinterpretation of artwork, or damages caused by improper use or care of finished products. Our liability is limited to the price of the original order.
